Xerox Online Support
Xerox Online Support allows you to access and print help, maintenance, and troubleshooting information
by touching an icon on the control panel touch screen.
Before you begin:
If your network uses a proxy server, configure the Proxy Server settings of the printer to ensure that the
printer can connect to the Internet.
Enabling Xerox Online Support
1. In CentreWare Internet Services, click Properties > Services.
2. Click Service Registration.
3. Under Enabled, select the check box next to Xerox Online Support.
4. Click Apply.
